Here is an explanation of Yoga Nidra.
Explore three levels of conciousness over a short period of time.
At the beginning you will be asked to state a resolve ( something you want to accomplish)
During the yoga Nidra you will experience a state of alertness, a state of dreamfull ness, and a sleeping state
it is in this state that the seed of your resolve is planted
This deep state is where the power to make change is abundant and the seed of change is planted here in Yoga Nidra.
Lay back, relax and allow yourself the power to change.
