Please find on this page 3 Yoga Nidras of various lengths to choose from. The first is a male voice and the second two are female voices; if you have a preference. Explore three levels of conciousness over a short period of time. At the beginning you will be asked to state a resolve ( something you want to accomplish) . During the yoga Nidra you will experience a state of alertness, a state of dreamfullness, and a sleeping state. It is in this deeper state that the seed of your resolve is planted. This deep state is where the power to make change is abundant thus getting the tools of change activated. Lay back, relax and allow yourself the power to change.
